I did this, as promised for the War of the Worlds club.
 This took most of the day to do, mostly with mechanical pencils. I'm not really good with drawing machines (of any kind) but I'm very proud of what I've done, even though I know there are a few mistakes here and there with prospective, which I never really had the nack for. I was going to do grey-scale for the background as well but I thought it would be a bit much so I blended 3 different coloured pencils for the night sky and used a little of MS Paint for the moon, stars, the cylinder and the heat-ray.
