I finally finsished my DS game case inspired by this. [link]
Designed by me and I just have to get one thing of my chest now. *Screams in suppressed anger* Omg! I never had so many things go wrong with a cross-stitch project ever. I knew I would have some things go wrong, as I was trying something new, but such simple things went wrong! Stitching a bit in a wrong shade of the colour I was using (it was at night at the time) which I had to unpick. A side stitched back to front, so I had to unpick and do again. Forgetting to put some detail in which I had to unpick more than once. And finally, when I neared completion, threading the end of the wool behind the stitches to keep it in place, *snap* the eye of my needle broke, with the end stuck behind the stitches, impossible to get out. But at last it is done. 3 weeks of hell is over but I still enjoyed it.

And before you ask, the old DS can fit in the case, but it is a bit snug and DS light fits perfectly. Now I have a space to keep my DS game cards safely in one place
